In short: Loona Hours collects no timesheet data: calculations run in your browser and saved weeks are stored only in your own browser storage; anonymous analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity) and advertising (Google AdSense) are the only third-party services involved.
The Short Version
Loona Hours has no accounts, no sign-up and no server storing your timesheets. Your calculations happen in your browser, on your device.
What Is Stored on Your Device
- Saved weeks (your choice): the Time Card Calculator's "Save my week" feature stores your week in your browser's local storage under the keys
lh_week_v1 and lh_weeks_history_v1 (previous weeks). This data never leaves your device. Clear it any time with the "Clear saved week" button on that page, the history "Clear" button, or by clearing your browser's site data.
- Service worker cache: the site's pages and icons are cached on your device so the tools work offline and load fast. This cache contains only the site's own files, never your entries.
Analytics and Advertising
Like most free sites, Loona Hours uses third-party services that may set cookies or collect usage data under their own policies:
- Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous usage statistics that help us see which tools are useful.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymous, aggregated interaction insights (clicks and scrolls) used to improve page design.
- Google AdSense — advertising that keeps the tools free; Google may use cookies to personalise ads. You can manage ad personalisation in your Google account settings.
We do not sell personal data, and we never receive the hours, rates or names you type into the calculators — those values are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us by the site's own code.
