This policy explains how Loona Automation ("Loona", "we", "our") handles information on this website, https://loonaautomation.github.io/, and on the free tools and services linked from it (together, "our sites"). By using our sites you agree to this policy. If anything here is unclear, email us at loonaautomation@gmail.com and we will explain it in plain words.
Our design principle: your data stays on your device
Most Loona tools — the QR code generators, the calculators, the image compressor, the invoice generator and many others — run entirely inside your own web browser. The text, numbers, photos and files you enter into those tools are processed on your device and are not sent to us and not stored by us. When you close the page, that working data is gone unless your own browser saved it for you.
A small number of features are powered by online AI services (for example Loona AI, Loona AI Notes and AgentA). For those features, the text or material you submit is sent over a secure connection to the AI service only so it can produce your result. We do not sell that material, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles. One exception is clearly labelled inside the product itself: the LeadScore demo form sends the details you type to our automation workflow so a sample lead score can be produced and demonstrated to you.
Information you give us directly
If you email us or contact us through a form, we receive your name, your email address and the contents of your message. We use that information only to read and reply to your message, and we keep business emails for as long as we need them for our records. We never sell email addresses or message contents to anyone.
Advertising — Google AdSense and cookies
Our sites are free to use, and they are supported by advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies — including the DoubleClick advertising cookie — to serve ads based on your visits to our sites and to other websites, and to measure how those ads perform. This means the ads you see may be personalised to your interests.
You stay in control of this. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time in your Google Ads Settings, and you can opt out of many third-party advertising cookies at aboutads.info/choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; our tools will still work, although the ads you see may become less relevant. Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Analytics — Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
To understand which tools people find useful and where our pages can be improved, our sites use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These services collect general usage information such as which pages are visited, how long visitors stay, the type of device and browser used, and approximate location at country/region level. Clarity may also record anonymised interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where a page is confusing. Analytics data is aggregated and statistical; we do not use it to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine it with information from our tools. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and Microsoft explains its data practices in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Other third-party services
Our pages may load fonts or software libraries from trusted providers such as Google Fonts and cdnjs. Those providers may see your IP address as part of delivering the file, which is normal across the web. Our sites are hosted on GitHub Pages, and GitHub may log standard technical information about visits for security and operational purposes, as described in GitHub's own privacy statement.
How long we keep information
Because most of our tools never receive your working data, there is usually nothing for us to keep. Analytics records are kept in aggregated form by the analytics providers for their standard retention periods. Emails you send us are kept while they are useful for replying to you and for ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can use our tools without creating an account and without giving us your name or email address. You can block cookies, opt out of personalised ads and opt out of analytics as described above, and you can ask us at any time what email correspondence we hold from you and ask for it to be deleted, by writing to loonaautomation@gmail.com.
Children
Our sites are general-audience tools and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy and contact
