What to include

For a bug report, it helps to say which tool you used, what you pasted in (never send real passwords, private keys or production tokens - a made-up example with the same shape is perfect), what you expected and what happened instead. For a tool request, tell us the job you are trying to finish - that is how most Loona tools started.

Please note

We cannot recover data for you: everything in these tools happens in your own browser and is gone when you close the tab, by design. We also cannot verify a JWT signature or check a hash against a file you do not have - the tool pages explain what each tool can and cannot do.
