Tick your way to a calm departure: documents, money, packing, health and ibadah readiness.
0% ready
Yes. Ticks are stored in your browser on this device, so you can prepare over several days and pick up where you left off. The progress bar shows how ready you are.
Yes — the Print button gives a clean paper copy with tick boxes, handy for packing day. Your on-screen ticks print as marked.
It covers the standard essentials: documents, money, clothing, health and ibadah preparation. Entry rules (visas, vaccinations) change, so always confirm the current Saudi requirements before you travel — the checklist reminds you to do exactly that.
Learn the rites in order (Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i, hair cutting), prepare a written dua list, settle debts, and seek forgiveness from people you may have wronged. The ibadah section of the checklist walks you through it.
The checklist is 26 practical tick-boxes arranged roughly in the order you will need them: Documents & Bookings (6 items), Money & Essentials (4), Packing — Clothing (6), Packing — Health & Comfort (5) and Ibadah Preparation (5). Tapping a box strikes the item through and moves the progress bar; your ticks are saved in this browser on this device, so you can tick a few items each day as you prepare and pick up where you left off. A print button produces a clean paper copy, and ‘Clear all ticks’ starts the list over.
Start with the Documents & Bookings section: tick ‘Passport valid for at least 6 months’, ‘Umrah visa / eVisa confirmed and printed’ and the flight and hotel items, and the progress bar climbs to roughly a quarter. Tick 13 of the 26 items in total and the bar reads exactly 50% — halfway prepared.
No. The ticks are saved in the browser on the device you are using, with no account and no sync between devices. If you switch phones, print the checklist (or save the printout as a PDF) with your ticks showing, and use it as your record.
Not on the page — the list is deliberately fixed, so that a standard item can never be accidentally deleted or skipped. For personal extras, such as a specific medicine or a gift to carry, note them on the printed copy.
Documents & Bookings. Passports and visas take the longest to fix when something is wrong — a passport with under six months’ validity, for example, has to be renewed before flights or a visa can be arranged. Packing can safely wait until the final days; documents cannot.
Only at the preparation level: the Ibadah Preparation section reminds you to learn the steps — Ihram, Tawaf, Sa’i and the hair cutting — and to memorise or save the Talbiyah and key duas before you travel. For the rulings and the detailed method of each rite, follow a trusted guide or scholar, as the schools differ on some details.
Tap ‘Clear all ticks’ to return every box to unticked. The full list is then ready to use again, whether for your own next journey or for a family member preparing for theirs.
