Before You Write: Three Quick Answers
- "I lost my resume!" Your details are saved only in your own browser (local storage) on the device you used. We never receive a copy, so we cannot recover it - open the builder on the same device and browser and it should still be there.
- "Please do not email us your resume." For your own privacy, never send your CV, phone number or address to us or to anyone who has not asked for it through a proper job application.
- "Can you add a template / language / feature?" Quite possibly - feature requests from real users decide what we build next. Send them in.
Response Time
Loona is a small, teacher-run project. We aim to reply within a few days; teaching hours come first, but every email is read.
