Privacy Policy

In short: the details you type into the resume builder are stored only inside your own browser, on your own device. They are never uploaded to us or anyone else - this page explains exactly what that means.

The Short Version

Your resume data never leaves your device. Loona Resume Builder works 100% locally in your web browser using JavaScript. We have no server that receives your name, work history, email address or phone number, and we could not read your resume even if we wanted to.

Where Your Resume Details Are Stored

As you type, the builder saves your details in your browser's local storage - a small private storage area that belongs to this website inside your browser - so your work is still there if you close and reopen the page.
Local storage lives on your device only. It is not an account, it is not synced anywhere, and it is never transmitted to us.
Pressing the Clear Everything button in the builder deletes the saved details immediately. You can also delete them at any time through your browser's site-data settings.
If you use a shared or public computer, remember to press Clear Everything when you finish - the next person using that browser could otherwise see your saved draft.
The PDF you download is created by your own browser's print function. We never see it.

Analytics and Advertising

Like most free websites, we use measurement and advertising services that may collect anonymous usage data (such as pages visited and device type) through cookies or similar technologies:

Google Analytics - helps us understand which pages are popular so we can improve them.
Microsoft Clarity - shows us anonymous interaction patterns (clicks and scrolls) so we can fix confusing layouts. Clarity is configured to mask form-field text; even so, see the note below.
Google AdSense - displays advertisements that keep the builder free; Google may use cookies, including DoubleClick cookies, to personalise ads based on your visits to this and other websites.

Important: these services measure page usage - they do not receive the resume content you type, because that content never leaves your browser. Analytics events from this site contain page information only, never your form entries. You can block or clear cookies at any time in your browser settings; the builder will still work.

Your Choices

If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and message solely to reply. We do not sell personal information. To ask anything about this policy, write to loonaautomation@gmail.com.
