The fastest way to reach the Loona Automation team is by email:
We welcome bug reports (tell us the tool, your device and what happened), ideas for new tools, and feedback from teachers, students and creators who use the site in their daily work.
Before You Write
- An audio file did not load? The cutter and joiner open the formats your browser can decode - MP3, WAV, M4A and OGG. If a file fails, converting it to WAV or MP3 first usually fixes it, and very large files depend on your device's memory.
- The microphone did not start? The Voice Recorder needs microphone permission - check your browser's site settings and allow the microphone for this site, then press Record again.
- Is your audio safe? Yes - your files and recordings never leave your device; see the Privacy Policy for the full explanation.
- Business or bulk questions? The tools are free for commercial use too; no licence or permission is needed for normal audio work.
