Line Chart Maker — Free Online Line Charts & Trends
When the story is movement — sales growing, temperatures changing, a class improving month by month — a line says it best. Add one series per trend and watch the pattern appear.
How to use the Line Chart Maker
- Type your labels and numbers into the grid, or paste CSV into the box below the chart and press Apply CSV.
- Adjust the title, legend and per-series colours until the chart reads clearly at a glance.
- Press Download chart as PNG and drop the image into your document, slides or post. Use Copy my data as CSV to save your figures for later.
How it works
Points are placed evenly across the plot and joined in order; the vertical axis uses a rounded maximum so trends are readable without exaggeration. Each series keeps its own colour and legend entry. The chart is drawn by hand on an HTML canvas by Loona’s shared chart engine — no chart library and no server. Everything is computed locally, so your numbers never leave your device.
Worked example
A blogger plots six months of visits and sign-ups. Both lines climb together, and the chart becomes the header image of her growth report.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many lines can one chart have?
Add as many series as you need with Add series. Two to four lines usually read best.
Does it smooth the lines?
Points are joined with straight segments so the chart shows exactly your data — no invented curves.
Can I chart dates?
Yes — put dates or months in the Label column; they are spaced evenly in order.
Is my data private?
Yes — everything is drawn in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
